We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine to be offensive, illegal, or in violation of these Terms.

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including the "Yibby" name, logo, "Soft Pop" design, and taxonomies) are owned by Yibby Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Yibby, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
•
Any products purchased from third-party merchants linked from the Site.
